I really enjoyed being just a few steps from the fine City Hall and a beautiful park. The place had a very stylish and clean vibe that was perfect for a single traveler like me.

We had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the a double room. Nice breakfast, best ever had, with very fresh fruit salad and croissants, for example.

What a good stay, no complaints whatsoever. Absolutely incredible and clean place with amicable staff. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Prime, comfortable location close enough to the centrum of Aachen, the city center and the centre.

I almost thought this place woudl be nice, but the lack of a fridge in the room is just absurd. Not to mention the check-in chaos, couldn't the staff handle that better? A complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice too, especially after such a hassle. So much potential wasted here, I just couldn't give a good review.

Great location, lovely staff team

The check-in process was quick despite a long queue, which I appreciated. The Standard King Room had a modern design, bright atmosphere, and was clean upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. A significant downside was the lack of a fridge in the room, which I found odd. I really missed having a kettle for a quick cup of tea. The shower temperature fluctuated, a bit annoying. Parking nearby was tricky, and I encountered difficulties while trying to find a spot during check-in. The breakfast area was in the bar/lounge, where seating was limited as I had to eat on my lap. Still, the location was fantastic, close to the station and local attractions. It had its flaws, but it also had good standards in cleanliness and room quality.

I loved the comfy room with eco-friendly toiletries 😍 Breakfast was nice, but left uncovered. A bit noisy at night. Solid vibe!

The room was bright and cute, with a good-sized desk and a safe for my laptop. I loved the location. It was so convenient for exploring nearby attractions and grabbing a coffee nearby!

The drink prices in the lobby were a bit high for my taste.

In my wife's opinion, the room lacked sufficient space for our family.

I loved how cozy the atmosphere was, from the stylish lounge where I relaxed to the vibrant bar serving great cocktails around the clock. The soundproof windows ensured a peaceful night despite the lively surroundings. And can we talk about the breakfast? With a grand selection, including organic options, it was the perfect start to my day!

Breakfast options feel overpriced given the limited variety, and the early closing time at 10:00 AM might not suit everyone's schedule. A small breakfast area leads to long lines was great, while the lack of bathroom products beyond soap feels a bit lacking in attention to detail.

It was just a fine choice for a city trip in Aachen with good value for cost. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh fruits and pastries, made mornings enjoyable. Just be aware that parking options can be a bit tricky.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Standard King Room. The interior design is excellent and modern. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. I appreciated the location, easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff provided really good service throughout my stay 😊

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety that catered to everyone's tastes, including fruits, yogurt, and delicious baked goods. Our Standard Queen Room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city as well!
